NDOMA-EGBA AND FASINA: THE TOXIC ROMANCE WEY DEY COST CAREERS
Abeg, make we face reality. How Ndoma-Egba go claim say dem do fair investigation when:
1. The VC don already drag SSANU officials go court since December 2024 for defamation.
2. Before any committee even look the matter, dem don suspend whistleblowers first.
3. When national SSANU raise alarm say the committee no balance, everybody pretend like dem no hear.This na clear case of "You scratch my back, I scratch your own." The Council Chairman dey work hand-inhand with the VC to silence anybody wey dare challenge authority. Na real confirmation of that our saying: "Monkey dey work, baboon dey chop."
THE AUDIO RECORDINGS WEY DEM NO WANT MAKE WE HEAR
The Council press release mention say dem listen to audio recordings with translator. But dem no tell us wetin dey inside the recordings! If truly nothing dey there, why dem no release the full transcripts make everybody see/hear?
Something fishy dey smell for this matter. If the recordings truly clear the VC as dem claim, why e still need "special arrangement" from Council to package the whole thing?
WHO GO RESCUE FUOYE?
As e dey now, three innocent people don become sacrificial lambs:
Mr. Benjamin Faleye (SSANU Chairman)
Mrs. Ayomikun Aluko (SSANU Secretary)
Engr. Folasade Adebayo
Their offense? Dem dare speak truth to power. Them believe say Nigeria university system suppose operate with integrity.
Now, Council dey force them to write apology letter like say dem be primary school pikin wey break window. Meanwhile, the same VC don carry them go court since December! So how person wey sue you for defamation still expect apology from you? Abeg, make somebody explain this mathematics give me!
THE BIGGER PICTURE: A DANGEROUS PRECEDENT
This matter pass FUOYE alone. E concern every Nigerian worker wey one day fit need to report misconduct. The message from Ndoma-Egba and him Council be like: "If you see something wrong, shut up or we go deal with you."
If we allow this kind thing continue, who go ever get mind report corruption again? Who go fit stand up when dem see injustice?

Make we talk true! The latest drama unfolding at Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) shows how Nigerian big men dey use power anyhow. The Governing Council, led by Chief Victor Ndoma-Egba, just released wetin dem call "resolutions" that be like say na script wey dem don rehearse with the embattled
Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abayomi Fasina.
My people, it shocks me to say a person who is supposed to be a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) like Ndoma-Egba is fit to allow this kind of injustice to happen under his watch. Imagine you are a whistleblower who says something is not wrong with our workplace, and next thing, things spend you, then tell you to make you come to apologize to the same person report! Na real-life Nollywood be that o!
THE COUNCIL PRESS RELEASE: A MASTERCLASS IN "PACKAGING SHIT"
That press release wey the Council release na pure "arrangee work." See as they cleverly package everything to vindicate the VC and punish anybody wey dare raise voice:
